Nice detective work! That link didn't work for me, so I pointed it to the pubmed page
How Can I Create A Protein-Protein Interface Schematic Or Diagram For Easy Viewing
I am looking for a program that will allow me to make representative schematics or diagrams of a protein protein interface. I need to compare tens to hundreds of interfaces at a glance, and especially need a way to show my findings to other readers in a quick and accessible way.
My supervisor likes the following :
unfortunately he can no longer remember what program he used to make it. So if anyone can tell me what it is or a similar programme I will be very grateful.
Otherwise I am already familiar with Dimplot but don't think it works too well.
Thanks for you time and help

I don't know which program that is, but if you need to visualize networks/interactions, Cytoscape is often the answer.
Hi thank you, I think it will be useful down the line to show the scores and relationships. Still I need a way to visualize the actual protein-protein interface.
