Allele Definitions Between Dbsnp And Illumina
Hi,
I am comparing SNP data between data obtained from the Illumina HumanOmni5 and dbSNP. I noticed that the alleles dont always agree. There are quite a few SNPs where e.g.:
dbSNP alleles C/T
Illumnia alleles G/A
Does anybody have an idea where this discordance may stem from?
