I'm a beginner in chemiinformatics but I want to learn the basics of drug discovery. So do you know of any existing open source packages, tutorials or workflows I can use to create derivative molecules from a candidate molecule. In my case I'm working with Trichosatin A and want to create many (few hundred) derivatives for analysis in molecular docking. Thanks in advance!
