.ab1 files for Instruction purposes only (Undergraduate microbial genetics)
Hi guys I'm new on this website, I am a Microbiology and cell biology instructor teaching molecular biology at a University. I just want to ask if there are open source .ab1 files that I can use in my microbial genetics and molecular biology labs so students can learn the basics of bioinformatics.
Any sequences will do but preferably:
- Viruses
- Microbes
- Any genes that can be analyzed by phylogenetics and genetic diversity.
Rest assured that the ab1 files will be used for instructions only
