I hold a Bachelor of Science with Education (Chemistry and Biology). I want to do another bachelor degree ( Bachelor of Science in Data Management from THE OPEN UNIVERSITY OF TANZANIA). After graduation, i wish to apply for Masters of Science in Bioinformatics. Will I be eligible?

Check the websites of bioinformatics masters that interest you and see what they require. There is no general answer to this. Also consider not doing a second BSc, and check if your current BSc already qualifies. You can get a lot of knowledge through self-study, especially undergrad content, without "wasting" another 3 years on a BSc.
