Consultation: Multisample copyKAT visualization
Newbie in bioinformatics asks: For data from multiple samples, after running copyKAT on each sample, how do I create a CNA heatmap? Should we draw the heatmaps for each sample separately and only display a portion of them, or should we combine the CNAmat of each sample and then create a summary heatmap?
