News: Free AI/ML for Genomics course with Colab notebooks, Geneformer, scVI, AlphaGenome
Following up on my earlier BioStars post.
Added a third course to BioSkills Lab: AI/ML for Genomics. 15 chapters from what a model actually is through to foundation models. Capstone project comparing PCA vs scVI vs Geneformer on real single-cell data. Colab notebooks included, free tier compatible.
The platform now has three free courses: Bioinformatics, Statistics for Biology, and AI/ML for Genomics.

i have tried it it is good but it is only stuck in 78% not viewing the certificate would appriciate solution
I'll look into it this weekend. You need a score of 80% or above to receive the certificate, and many learners have successfully obtained it. Please email me at contact@bioskillslab.dev with more details so I can resolve this promptly.
