this is our final announcement for the upcoming 10th Berlin Summer School in NGS Data Analysis 2026, taking place in Berlin, Germany, June 15–19, 2026.

The course is designed for biologists, molecular biologists, biomedical researchers, and life scientists who want to gain a practical and hands-on understanding of NGS data analysis workflows.

Topics include:

• QC and sequencing data handling
• read mapping and alignment
• RNA-seq workflows
• introduction to variant calling and interpretation
• practical analysis using real datasets

The Summer School is fully in-person and highly interactive, with small groups, invited speakers, discussions, networking, and direct trainer interaction throughout the week.
