ERROR: agat_sp_compare_two_BUSCOs.pl
Hi! I'm having trouble running agat_sp_compare_two_BUSCOs.pl on my genome assembly and genome annotation. The error is the files that:
File /pathto/buscorun provided as input does not exits!
Please verify your path and file existence! at /pathto/envs/agat/lib/perl5/site_perl/AGAT/AGAT.pm line 687.
I am using the top directory for the Busco run as the folder.

and on top of what Pierre Lindenbaum requested, also already do a check to verify that indeed all paths and filenames exist !
I don't think that is necessary, as computers neither lie nor have a sense of humor - excluding recent AI variants! If the error message is that the input doesn't exist, the only explanation other than not being there is that it may not be readable by current user.
obviously the paths are incorrect/non-accessible, but letting OP double check those, might result in the fact they notice to have provided the wrong path and allows them to fix it
