VCF files from mtDNA-Server2
Hello!
Does anyone perhaps know how I can download .vcf files from mtDNA-Server2? I have generated them manually via my own pipeline, but I would like to compare the ones I have with those which mtDNA-Server2 generates and uses for analyses. I would appreciate any help, thank you!
