WGCNA Scale Independence Problem
Hi all,
I'm running WGCNA on 22 samples and when I attempted to soft threshold and get the scale independence and mean connectivity I got a terrible looking plot (see below).
I have performed WGCNA on a similar data set before with no problem and got a beautiful scale independence plot, and I used the same code which is taken from a tutorial just with some numbers adjusted to fit these data.
Any help is appreciated!
