PCA, Pearson correlation
Hi
I am performing a ChIP-seq analysis, I did PCA and Pearson correlation. I still don't quite understand how PCA works, and my other question is, how correct would it be to somehow group my samples—that is, the consistent peaks after peak calling—given that the Pearson test shows a high correlation? Hope you can help, thanks

Take a look at the DiffBind R package.
