Looking for database with per residue conservation score for the whole human proteome
Hello,
I am looking to do some evolutionary conservation analysis and for this purpose I am looking for a dataset with a per-residue measure of conservation (like Shannon entropy or similar) for all or most of human proteome. Ideally a simple vector of conservation values for each residue of a protein - something like PhyloP100 except for protein sequences. I am having a lot of problems finding such data. I read that ConSurf maybe useful here but is currently down. Does anyone know if a ready to use resource I can download instead of having to generate this data myself?

Basewise conservation scores are available for humans and other mammals/primates from UCSC under the "Multiple alignments" section: https://hgdownload.gi.ucsc.edu/downloads.html#human. Isn't phyloP only applicable for nucleotide sequence?
For proteins: Ensembl compara provides precomputed alignments for many species via FTP in EMF format : https://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-115/emf/ensembl-compara/
