News: Single-Cell RNA-Seq Data Analysis – in-person workshop (March 23–25, 2026, Berlin, Germany)

Join us for an in-person workshop on “Single-Cell RNA-Seq Data Analysis: A Practical Introduction”, taking place March 23–25, 2026 in Berlin, Germany.

The course is designed for molecular biologists and data-minded researchers who work with (or plan to generate) scRNA-seq data and want to understand the full analysis workflow – without needing to be full-time programmers.

Over three days, we will cover a complete, practical single-cell pipeline:

  • processing 10x Chromium data with Cell Ranger and interpreting key QC metrics
  • single-sample analysis in R/Seurat (filtering, normalization, PCA/UMAP, clustering, marker genes)
  • practical strategies for cluster annotation and diagnostic plots you can trust
  • multi-sample integration, handling batch effects and comparing clusters/conditions via differential expression

The workshop combines short lectures with extensive hands-on sessions. Each participant works at their own workstation, and trainers are available throughout for questions and live troubleshooting.

When: March 23–25, 2026 (9:00–17:00) Where: Berlin, Germany Language: English
