This course features a structured self-learning curriculum, office hours with an expert scientist and a comprehensive exam. After passing the exam, you'll be certified as proficient in RNA-seq analysis with CLC Genomics Workbench.

In this course you will:

• Execute and customize RNA-seq and single-cell RNA-seq pipelines

• Effectively use tools and functions such as PCA/PCOA, UMAP, heatmap, differential expression, dot plot, cell hashing and more

• Create a complete workflow from secondary analysis in CLC Genomics Workbench to tertiary interpretation in IPA (when paired with IPA certification)

Registrants receive a 90-day CLC Genomics Workbench license to complete the course. Register closes December 15th and the course starts upon enrollment.
