Using a Seurat object to create a cellchat object
Dear community, I've been using Cellchat for a week, and I'm wondering what are the criteria for the Seurat object in the first place. It seems for downstream analysis, and using mouse genome database, it throws some errors. Any common advice for me on how to proceed with this issue? Thanks all.

Adding a comment to my question: If I have PEC and podocyte cells, and I want to study their interactions, how CellChat can be used for this analysis? There are issues with gene databases normally, any help?
