Not as comprehensive as above but there is also pepdigest from EMBOSS: https://www.bioinformatics.nl/cgi-bin/emboss/pepdigest
Hello everyone, I have a protein of interest that is undergoing cleavage during post-translational modifications. I am wondering if there is a way that I can get a list of protease candidates that this protein can be their substrate. I also have a few candidates already but I am not sure how I can check if they recognize the cleaving site on my protein of interest. Please let me know if there is any in silico method for this. I really appreciate your help and comments.
Best wishes

Have you tried PeptideCutter? https://web.expasy.org/peptide_cutter/
Thanks very much, but this only gives some bacterial enzymes that can cut my protein, unfortunately.
I was thinking maybe there are some prediction tools that I can use.
