Hello,

I'm working with a protein, GCN5 (a histone acetyltransferase). I want to compile a list of known histone and non-histone substrates for the same, and also list the known post-translational modification of the non-histone substrates. I was wondering if there is a database that might give me the list of post-translational modifications caused by the activity of my protein.
