Can I combine segment results from Sequenza and cnvkit?
Hi,
I have CNV segment data from Sequenza for tumor-normal samples and CNV segment data from cnvkit for tumor-only samples.
Can I combine these two datasets for downstream analysis? Ideally, I'd like to run them all through GISTIC and display them side-by-side. Is there a downside to doing this?
