We are excited to announce our upcoming online course, "Ancient Metagenomics," taking place from 27-29 May. This course will provide a comprehensive introduction to analysing ancient microbial, animal, and plant DNA from archaeological samples, with a focus on the aMeta workflow and best practices for handling degraded DNA.

Attendees should have some basic awareness of UNIX environment, as well as at least beginner level of R and / or Python programming.
