Hi everyone,

I created a a presentation with some neat images of flowcell surface properties, such as positional distribution of insert sizes or error rates. This uses one of my tools, filterbytile.sh, but this is less about the tool and more about the techniques used to image flowcell surfaces from fastq files. The presentation is here:
