Protein annotation, gene annotation, hordeum vulgare RNA-Seq

I have list of transcript mapped to Hordeum vulgare genome, e.g.,
HORVU.MOREX.r2.UnG0628590.1 HORVU.MOREX.r2.5HG0361000.1 HORVU.MOREX.r2.UnG0628880.1
I would like to add annotation about protein function and protein name, GO and KEGG Id?

UniProt appears to have proteomes for Barley: https://www.uniprot.org/proteomes/UP000011116
That may be your best bet. They also have GO annotations. You will have to map your ID's on to these.

there is a biomart for your genome http://plants.ensembl.org/index.html but I'm afraid the annotation for GO are empty, and KEGG is missing...
