How to convert omim database files to annovar compatible
I have downloaded the OMIM (Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man) database files, and I would like to incorporate them into ANNOVAR for annotating genetic variants. Could anyone provide guidance on how to convert the OMIM database files into a format that is compatible with ANNOVAR?
