Heritability
I have general, practical question about marker-based heritability (e.g. GREML).
If a group of e.g. 100 SNPs from GWAS explains 0.20 of heritability for some trait, which has a heritability of 0.30, have I just explained almost all heritability of that trait (0.20 of 0.30) or just 0.20 of 0.30 that stands for 100%?
