Can checkM do automatic genus identification?
Hi,
I have about 100 genomes of various bacteria (different genus) I want to check all of them using checkM, but would prefer to run batch and not have to run each genus seperately Can checkM automatically detect genus? or do I have to specify genus per each isolate?
