Radar plot from IREA (Immune response enrichment analysis)
Hello,
Has anyone here used the IREA app before? I'm trying to generate a radar plot representing cell polarization status, but despite entering both sample genes and my own custom geneset, nothing is showing up. Has anyone encountered a similar issue or know how to resolve it?
