Prediction of sRNA in FASTA file
Hi everyone, I am trying to predict sRNAs for 10 strains of a bacterium.
My files are in FASTA format (genome sequence), but I haven't been able to find any available tools or software that support this format.
Can anyone recommend a suitable tool?
