Hey everyone, I know this is not really bioinformatics, but maybe you can help me anyway:

We are regularly ordering oligopools which are composed of independent subpools that we amplify using the primers published in Sanson et. al (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-018-07901-8). These are 6 primer pairs. We are now in a situation where we want to order a pool with 7-8 different subpools. How would you manage to generate new primer pairs compatible to the already existing 6 primer pairs?
