Are there specific pipelines for identifying solo-TIRs?
I am analysing transposable elements in a genome and have used the EDTA pipeline for this purpose. However, the results did not include solo-TIRs as I had hoped. I would like to know if there is a pipeline suitable for detecting solo-TIRs that I could integrate into my analysis workflow.
