GISTIC 2.0 parameter change not happening
I was running GISTIC on genepattern website for genome wide amp and del finding. But I wasn't able to change the parameters for del threshold although I was mentioning it in the parameter field every time, but after the run the results remain the same with the default parameters. Anyone with any ideas about how to fix it?
