Stable coordinates in gaf files?
In gaf files do we have to use rgfa reference to obtain stable coordinates? And which tools creates gaf with stable coordinates? Also, is gaf files consistent in stable coordinates, which means can we say that if one of the rows has stable coordinate, then the other rows has stable coordinates?
