Where to find open access data of SNP arrays to perform GWAS
Hello
I'm am new to bioinformatics and I'm willing to do some GWAS analysis using PLINK but before applying for access, i want to practice preprocessing and some trail GWAS analysis. I searched online and i was incapable of finding any data, i already know some basics and how GWAS works. Im an independent researches so any tips you can give is appreciated
