Help finding 10x genomics single cell dataset along with VCF
I have written a pipeline to analyze single cell data where we would be doing variant analysis. I'd like to benchmark my pipeline and am looking for a 10x genomics dataset and a pre-generated vcf file, that has been validated, to compare my results. If anybody has a lead, please drop a suggestion here. Cheers and thanks in advance.
