How to decrease the motif score?
I am working on a bacterial genome, I have found motifs by using MEME, and motifs have high scores. Now I want to reduce the motif score by TFBS. how I can reduce the score? is there any formula to reduce motif score? Or can I use MEME to reduce the score?

So you scan the entire genome and got nothing significant? Is that the issue?
You seem to indicate you found motifs. So why do you now want to reduce the score? Do you want to narrow your search to fewer motifs to move to the next analysis? More information is needed.
