Hi all,

I am new to phyloseq and trying to plot a dataset with the plot_bar function. I read in my taxa, otu, and metadata in as data frames and formatted them into a phyloseq object. When I do the plot_bar function however, it returns only black bars but seems to register the taxa present and the number of total reads I'm trying to plot. Attached below is a picture. Has anyone else run into this issue and if so, do you know of a fix?
