Cellphonedb results
I analyzed a protein-protein interaction analysis via CellPhoneDB package v5. The out put are these files: 1- Deconvoluted 2- Significant_means 3- Means 4- Pvalues
It sounds the significant means file is the important file. I am wondering if anyone could have visualized the results? The package in its github have suggested some packages but I am wondering if any one could have get a good pipeline for it.
