Provean help

I give Up!!!!

I am unable to install a local version of provean! I tried the v4 nr database, latest release of provean, but always stuck at that dreaded Segmentation Fault, core dumped error.

Does anybody have a working version of provean locally installed? If yes,

  1. please help me install provean the right way
  2. Else, I will happy to send over the data and kindly perform the analysis for me.

I am running provean on a HiPC, with 128GB RAM and 96 threads

Still encountering this error.
