Use of annotation of integrated Seurat object in single sample
Good morning,
I have the following doubt and would appreciate your opinion / feedback:
I have an integrated Seurat object, which has been annotated. Now for a particular analysis I however only want to use one sample of this Seurat object. I wonder if any bias can be introduced if I apply the metadata celltype labels from my integrated Seurat object to a subset of this Seurat object which only has 1 sample?
I have no information on how the integration was performed, but I believe it is recommended to use non-integrated data anyway for the annotation. So it shouldnt matter or?
