Installing SALSA and HIRise scafolding software

Hi everyone

I am trying to install the software SALSA and HIRise to scaffold a genome. I can not use conda to install them but I had try install them using python environment but it has not been successful. Could you please recommend me another way to install them I did not find too much information in the Github.
