ChIP-seq gene blacklist for Rattus norvegicus
Hello,
I am doing analysis on a ChIP-seq dataset from a cell line derived from Rattus norvegicus. I have seen lists of blacklisted regions in mouse and human data, but searching this forum I can't find any for rat.
Does anyone have a source that describes this list of regions?
