can't download and use mageck-vispr for R?

Hi All,

I'm fairly new to bioinformatics and having difficulty downloading the mageck-vispr package for R. I tried installing it via my terminal through bioconda and it still didn't work. conda install -c bioconda mageck.

I want to use this for R. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Also, I'm using the newer macbook pro with M2 chip if that makes a difference

Install using

conda create -c bioconda -c conda-forge -n mageckenv mageck

as recommended on their Wiki. Works on M* CPU.

You can use the command line part of mageck with this.
