Installing AntiSMASH for Mac
I want to install Antismash through conda with the mac terminal. But I got a permission error when performing the command below:
conda install -c bioconda antismash
Error:
ERROR conda.core.link:_execute(568): An error occurred while uninstalling package 'defaults::qt-5.9.7-h468cd18_1'.
OSError(1, 'Operation not permitted')
Anyone familiar with this error? And knows how to avoid this? Or another, more convenient, way to install Antismash?

There seems to be some sort of on-going permission issues between MacOS Mojave and conda as discussed here: https://github.com/conda/conda/issues/8440
You could try other ways of installation mentioned in the documentation: https://docs.antismash.secondarymetabolites.org/install/
