I have some pathways of interested from MSIGDB and would like to check if they have relationship. I check if they share any common genes but not sure if there is better way. If they only share one gene, is that considered they have relationship? I searched the pathways on REACTOME and KEGG but didn't get the result. Would you please have a suggestion? Thank you so much!
