Number of pathway result from GSVA

Hi Biostar,

I run GSVA on C2 gene set from MSIGDB but got only 4,600 pathways in result. Meanwhile C2 gene set have 7,233 pathways. May I know why or I ran GSVA incorrectly? Thank you so much!

I figured it out. Change the min and max in gsva() will change the number of pathway.
