Hello everyone,

I've successfully run Metacoder function run_lefse and I'm now trying to use plot_cladogram function.

I'm using parallel computing with 40 processors, but despite this the code is running for about 6 hours. Is this normal? I'm analyzing 30 samples and a total of 960 OTU.

The plot_cladogram function parameters have been left at their default.
