I am working on a meta analysis review for a gene (BPTF) in cancer that I have been working for several years. Been working on this with several bioinformatics students over the last year. We have a fair bit of figures comparing BPTF to various cancer metrics using the TCGA, DepMap, Cybersortx ext...data sets and tools.

Is there a good publication of a meta analysis of some gene using the TCGA and DepMap portal, and other public data sets, that I could use as template for designing the flow of the paper? A good example that card carrying TCGA bioinformatics people would consider a flagship example paper?
