Hello,

I'm trying to obtain a table of gene symbols and gene name synonyms for all genes across human, mouse and rat. Other info like Ensemble ID, MGI ID may be useful too. What is the best way to generate such table or is there a resource that already has something like this?

My use case is that I need to map gene names across species for a large number of genes, having into account the synonyms too.

I have tried BioMart by combining multiple databases like this tutorial, but it isn't working even when I follow the steps in the tutorial.
