Set pentanucleotide context in dndscv
I would like to run dndscv on a cohort but the tumor type has high mutation burden. In the paper, the authors mention that for high mutation burden cancers, they are able to set a pentanucleotide context (as opposed to trinucleotide). Is there a parameter that will allow one to set this context?
