Errors in running ring-pymol plugin
Hi all,
I've been trying to run ring-pymol (A pymol plugin) to simulate the binding force of the selected protein. I installed the ring-pymol plugin.
However, once I open up the ring-pymol plugin. It shows an error message of "WARNING: RING path not found in current directory, please set it manually". I followed the set up instructions from the documentation (https://github.com/BioComputingUP/ring-pymol), and I didn't find any additional instruction on how to set up the RING path.
Anyone has any suggestions on this error?
Best,

Looks like this may refer to setting the path to directory containing the RING executable. See configuration section: https://github.com/BioComputingUP/ring-pymol/wiki
