how to download the VCF/MAF files from cBioportal genie site
Dear guys,
May I know where to download the VCF/MAF files from cBioportal genie site?
See a great Nature paper on glioma, https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-020-2209-9 ; and trying to practice, when come to the raw data or processed data side, following the paper's Data availability instructions, go to the website https://genie.cbioportal.org/study/summary?id=glioma_dfci_2020; still it seems no place to download the VCF/MAF files, which be used to draw the TMB distribution plot.
